BEAUTIFUL!!! How amazing! Mom's house in Corolla has deer behind it - right on the beach - in the summer we love watching the babies prance. We call them "our deer." BUT.. the kids aren't allowed in the brush - ticks... so afraid of lyme. Your picture is so wonderful!
We do have lots of ticks but I have gotten use to them. Just before we moved here I took my son fishing and ended up with more ticks than I care to think about on me. I was worried about them surviving the wash so I poured a bunch of bleach in with it. Needless to say I had interesting tie dyed clothes.
